Back to the Basics
When you think about your health & wellness you should consider nature's gifts.
Essential Oils are a good choice if you want to try alternative methods as they may be beneficial for aches & pains or muscle stiffness. In our house, there has been success with shoulder pain & discomfort. There is no guarantee with this and we are not medical people but want to share the information in case it can help others.
All my recipes are simple; easy to make & use. Some stay in the liquid form and a few will be solid in the winter but runny in the summer. Call it busy or lazy, I want relief for an issue - not spend all my time making recipes.
The recipe for inflammation is a combination of essential oils for muscle or bone issues. I like it simple. My hope is maybe it will help both at the same time. Some foods may cause inflammation in our bodies; Google it.
When buying solid coconut oil, I found one that smells like coconut! Yes it is out there. Buy small at first until you find one you like.
Allergies! Watch for them. I have sensitivity to many things. At first it was irritating that I could not use a product, eat a certain food or maybe not join in an activity. As I age, I realize it was nature's way of saying - DON'T DO THAT! Keep that in mind as you use different oils. Some you will not be able to use. If that happens narrow down what is bothering you and leave that one out. What I find nasty smelling; others don't. Find a friend to trade with if you get one you can't use. When trying recipes go for small & try one thing at a time; especially things for the face.
With essential oils use glass containers when possible, plastic can become pitted.
Remember we are not medical people and this is no miracle cure but might help you find relief.
